Thank you for visiting and shopping at H&B Sanitary. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver all across Pakistan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after the order is verified and dispatched.

Delivery Partners: We partner with trusted courier services in Pakistan (such as Leopards, TCS, Trax, or M&P) to ensure your premium sanitary fittings and kitchen accessories reach you safely.

3. Order Verification Call

Cash on Delivery (COD): To protect against fake orders, all Cash on Delivery orders require a mandatory verification call or WhatsApp confirmation.

Your order will only be dispatched once our team has verified your shipping address and contact number. Unverified orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation message or email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

5. Damages during Transit

H&B Sanitary takes utmost care in packing fragile and premium items safely. However, if you receive your order damaged:

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Contact us immediately via our WhatsApp support with an unboxing video or photos so we can initiate a claim and send you a replacement.
