Return & Refund Policy

At H&B Sanitary, we want our customers to have a great shopping experience. Since sanitary fittings and kitchen accessories require careful handling, we have established a clear and fair Return & Refund Policy to protect both our customers and our business.

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Claim Process)

We take great care in packaging our products, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately.

Required Proof: To process a damage claim for fragile or premium sanitary items, customers are highly encouraged to provide a clear unboxing video/photo showing the damage right after opening the package.

Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

Certain situations and items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items that have been installed, altered, or used in plumbing/construction.

Products missing their original box, internal padding, or accessories.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds if a customer simply changes their mind after the product has been dispatched or delivered in perfect condition.

4. Return Shipping Charges

If the fault is ours (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), H&B Sanitary will cover all return shipping costs.

For approved eligible exchanges (e.g., you want a different size or model of a product), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees to send the item back to our hub.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected based on the item's condition.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed. Since we operate heavily on Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, refunds will be transferred directly to your provided Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash account within 3 to 5 working days.
